If someone is having difficulty in picking up cash, our Customer Relationship Department will guide him/her to contact respective MTO over phone call, explain the issue and they will assist quickly in resolving the issue.

Yes, you can change the beneficiary’s name in case of outbound transaction from the sending location, if sent through Western Union, MoneyGram.

The beneficiary will receive exactly the amount shown on the receipt for incoming transactions.
Any charges apply only to outgoing transactions and will be paid by the sender.
