If someone is having difficulty in picking up cash, our Customer Relationship Department will guide him/her to contact respective MTO over phone call, explain the issue and they will assist quickly in resolving the issue.

Yes, you can change the beneficiary's name in case of outbound transaction from the sending location, if sent through Western Union, MoneyGram.

The beneficiary will only receive the specified amount on the receipts for inbound transactions. Charges will apply only for the outward transactions, which the sender will pay.
