- Customers must be 18 years or older to place an online order via our official website.
- All online orders are considered tentative until confirmed by our Customer Service Representative.
- Published Exchange rates are valid for same business day from the time the order is confirmed by our representative.
- Once confirmed, the online order will remain valid for 24 hours
- We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order that fails necessary verification or compliance of the regulations.
- Submission of identification or supporting documents may be required based on the mode of transactions and amount. Failure to provide required documentation may result in order cancellation. NADRA Biometric/Verification is mandatory to buy any foreign currency equal or over 500 USD or equivalent.
- Currency availability is subject to branch stock levels.
- The customer must personally collect the currency from the designated branch and present valid identification and required documents.
- Third-party collection is strictly prohibited.
- We process and protect personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and only disclose it with consent or when legally required.
